Niitsitapi – Graham LP. and Eastern Irrigation District are pleased to announce a Project Completion Celebration for the Bassano Dam Emergency Spillway to be held Friday October 25th, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. This is a public event that will include an official opening ceremony in the morning and tours of both the new structure and the original dam to follow into the afternoon.
Join us as we commemorate the milestone project which employed over 40 Siksika Nation Members in various capacities and trades under Niitsitapi – Graham LP. The Minister of Environment & Parks will be in attendance along with Siksika Nation Chief Joe Weaselchild.
