Niisitapi-Graham LP. featured in Winter 18' issue of Visions Magazine
Niitsitapi-Graham Limited Partnership (NGLP), a joint venture between SRDL Business Group and Graham Construction is more than three-quarters through The $35 million Bassano Dam Emergency Spillway Project.
This is by far the largest project NGLP has taken on, a new 10-gate concrete spillway being constructed by NGLP will enable the Bassano Dam to handle flood volumes far larger than what was seen in 2013 when flood waters from the bow river tested the strength of the century-old Dam.
The project’s workforce peaked at approximately 50 people, including sub trades.
Siksika Nation members hired under NGLP make up nearly 80 per cent of operator positions in various areas as well as certified carpenters and labourers working on the structure.
